Rules:

No purchase required. Only completed surveys with valid email addresses will be eligible. Employees and family members of TIU-FRC, WayFM and Hot105FM are not eligible to participate. Surveys can be accessed only through the http://wayf.wayfm.com/ and http://hot105fm.com/ websites. One entry per person is allowed, and participants can only win once. Individuals must be AT LEAST 18 years old to complete the survey and to be eligible for the drawings.

Upon completion of the survey, participants will be automatically entered in two drawings held at the TIU-FRC offices on November 4, 2009 and November 11, 2009. There will be three winners chosen at random from each drawing. Winners will be notified by email on November 12, 2009. Winners will also be listed on the official Trinity International University-Florida Regional Center “facebook” page.

Each winner will receive (2) General Admission tickets to Wayfest 2009. Entry includes lawn seating for the concert featuring Casting Crowns scheduled for 12:00 p.m. Saturday, November 14, 2009 at the Cruzan Amphitheater in West Palm Beach, FL. Tickets are strictly promotional and cannot be sold by the winners. TIU-FRC is not responsible for changes in concert times, schedules, or performers. Winners must pick up their tickets at the Trinity International University-Florida Regional Center 8190 W. State Road 84, Davie, FL 33324 by Friday, November 13 2009 before 4:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time. Winners must present a valid photo ID, such as a driver’s license, to ensure proof of age and identification. TIU-FRC reserves the right to restrict or revoke prizes from winners that are determined non-compliant with these rules.
